I recently visited this dealer, as an ex college lecturer in customer service I?m very critical- however John Grose are a prime example of excellent customer service - every person asked me if I was been looked after, offered coffee and kept me updated - it?s lovely to see proper customer service 5/5 well done .

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, I've always had great service. My car was due a service but I had a 7 hour round trip to do, they got the car in as early as possible so I could still do my trip. The car was even cleaned for me!
