Called to book a family break and can't fault the service I received. Very thorough polite customer service agent named Daniel was everything you want when you call any customer service.. Excellent

The worst service imaginable. Fail to respond to calls. Never reply to emails. Treat clients like dirt. Call agents are incapable of understanding basic English.The company are big players in the holiday market, but I can?t believe they will last much longer if their customer service and attitude remain as now.

A disappointing experience again 2nd year running. Booked on line to secure a holiday easy part. Its cheaper by 20% now (holiday is still 3 months away) to be told if i cancel i have to pay £275. Quoted the "book with confidence" section and the "all backed by our lowest prices guaranteed" (clearly not) the cancelation fee is £275. I wish you well for recession 2023.

Hoseasons are a joke. We hired a cabin for the week which turned out to be literal dump that smells of constant sewage. Everything was broken, stained and stank. Customer support takes 2-3 weeks to reply and can't offer any assistance, we were refused a refund having left early. Fraudulent money grabbers, avoid at all costs.

Money grabbing company with terrible customer service.Lodges and locations they supply are excellent - customer service is awful.Having used these guys extensively since 2018, it's safe to say after our recent experience, we won't be going back. We've had many issues with them over the years but with things like Covid etc. happening, we gave them a break. However, they sneak policy changes or hidden penalties in without making it very clear on their website, and when you call them out about this, they refuse to acknowledge it. They also will do anything they can to avoid giving valid refunds or accommodating life changes because they're so desperate to get your money.Avoid these guys at all costs as they will do anything they can to get an extra couple of quid out of you and won't help you at all if you need to make a slight change.I'd recommend using them to search for lodges / places to holiday and then just going to those places directly so that these guys don't get a cut of the money they don't deserve.

Cancelled due to the terms and conditions being changed after we booked ie kids under 16 not allowed to use any of the spa or swimming pools facilities but 5* for cancellation process refund back in my bank within 3 days including fee paid for cancellation policy.

LIARS, AVOID!We have had to cancel our trip due to medical reasons. A full refund was promissed by a member of staff the day before the holiday. On the actual day, when it's too late to have anhything changed, the decision was changed, no refund is offered anymore.It takes more than an hour to get through to them each time. On the first instance I was told they need to talk to park to confirm whether they are happy with refund and get back to me. Never came back to me. The second person I spoke to said the first one did talk to the park, the park is happy to refund as soon as proof from hospital provided. Than I phone the park, and quess what, nobody from Hoseasons contacted them on that day. The next morning, Hoseasons said the park is not happy with refund anymore, so they aren't goig to do one as well.WHAT I SUGGEST, and what I am going to do from now on. Use Hoseasons as a search engine, and contact the parks direct. Give yourself a chance to get your inquiries sorted without need of waiting hours on the phone and talking to liars!

Paid over £200 for a cabin that's including a £18 cancellation fee due to the covid thought it would be a good idea to purchase the cancellation fee, called to cancel my booking as i have caught the flu and had been in contact with someone who has covid only to be told i would get a £26 refund !!!.Which is basically £8 as i paid £18 for the cancellation fee its an absolute scam.

We booked our boat trip which was going to be shared by the parents in law from Chile but then had to cancel as Chile is still on the red travel list. Very disappointing for all of us. I was told I was going to lose my deposit but with our situation this didn't feel right. I contacted customer services and explained our situation and a lovely lady called me ( Miriam I think ) and explained we were going to receive our deposit back in full. This was wonderful for us all and will probably pay for a camping trip and it leaves a good impression of Hoseasons. We will be booking another boat trip when this virus mess is over and the parents in law can join us. Well done Hoseasons.

Absolutely avoid. I have travelled a lot in life and never wrote a review and definitely never thought of even writing a bad one but company is a massive scam with their policies. I have booked a family holiday in May for December and sadly due to my mother's illness, about which we only just found out in July I needed to cancel our family winter plans. Despite 5 months still due until the holiday the company would refuse to return to us the deposit of over £370 saying this is their policy. Please be aware of this and think twice before making a booking with this company. Very inhumane approach. Plus prepare to be on hold for a very long time ( 90 minutes in my case) before you even get to speak to anyone. If there was zero stars option I would have left zero. Very disappointing.

Hoseasons is very expensive, and has terrible customer service. They refused to provide a refund for our trip cancelled due to COVID-19. They offered us a voucher that expires in 6 months, but refused to provide and confirmation of cancellation explicitly in writing so that claiming a chargeback via our credit card provider becomes significantly more unlikely.We will be unable to use the value of the trip anywhere else, due partly to booking time off work, and the fact that venues will be significantly more expensive post-lockdown (i.e. In the summer months), and we would not want to do this trip at any other time.I highly recommend to avoid booking with Hoseasons.

Absolutely disgraceful the way this company have dealt with Covid shutdown. Not directly offering refunds, but instead offering vouchers to rebook for the following year, where prices gave been increased over 15%.Absolutely shameful taking advantage of customers in such a difficult time and fully deserved of any inevitable penalties they will receive from the trading standards investigation currently underway.I will certainly not be using Hoseasons again and will be lodging a complaint with trading standards myself.

The worst company, I have booked my holiday so far. Due to the situation in the country every other places refunded the full the deposite to me. But this awarfull company asked me to rebooked with in next 12 months with additional cost. Waited nearly 2 hours in the phone to contact somebody to resolve my problem finally all I got , paid extra amount and rebooked my holiday. Never recommend this company to any body and never book their holiday houses ever in my life. Doesnt have any human feeling at all due to this kind of natural disaster. ?
