The staff I dealt with in the shop and the staff I dealt with on the phone were both very helpful and understanding, the phone staff went out of their way to help me get my order sorted out and and to apply the discounts that I was entitled to, definitely a brilliant shopping experience.

Customer service at this store is what the high street needs! One of the best! Jen & the team are always so helpful and friendly and now I visit almost daily! The advice is second to none and some of the nicest products on the high street! Please never change! :)

I always have a good experience when I go to my local Holland and Barrett store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When you look round there is always something of interest that you hadn`t noticed before.

Went in for advice for my 6 year old granddaughter who has very bad eczema on body and face Wendy the manager recommended Manuka Honey Cream within 2 weeks her facial infection has cleared up .. Better advice in 5 minutes from Wendy than nearly 2 years of hospital appointments with creams antibiotics steroids all of which has made her face worse... Thank you from a very happy nan
