What can I say Michelle and her team truly knows how how to put a great holiday together
Just returned back from a all inclusive holiday in Bulgaria that was totally fantastic and waiting on are next trip to the big Apple .
Michelle totally went out of her way to make sure everything was put into place for me and my family, always smiling and making us feeling welcome, it feels great to shop locally and still feel your getting a bargain,This is are second holiday booked with the team and I can Guarantee this won?t be the last
Time I?ll be visiting the team down at the Lowestoft branch

I have 2 coach holidays booked one in may one in july cannot get any reply from hays lowestoft as to if these have been cancelled no one from shop has e mailed me at all to let me know very bad customer service I paid for both fully on booking them wont be using hays again
