I went there last week to register for a bereavement and miss sara was very supportive and understanding I was feeling a bit down and she made me feel better, this is what I call good costumer service 5 stars

My first visit today for years since our local branch closed down. I found the cashier very cold and reluctant to help me pay in a few hundred pounds in cash (notes). Brusquely asked if I?d tried the paying in machine (there was no queue at the desk and only 4 other people in other areas). Even though I explained that I?d had previous issues with the machine due to an eye condition (cataracts) the cashier, a ?Miss Sara? or something similar, was incredibly frosty. Perhaps she needs a refresher course on how to deal with customers. Very disappointed and left feeling that I?d been an inconvenience. I thanked her for her help but she was already talking to a colleague so didn?t bother to respond. I said ?thank you? a little louder and received a sarcastic grin in return. Very disappointed - don?t make your customers feel like an ?inconvenience?.

Visiting branch OK. Disappointed not being able to talk directly to the branch on phone. Call Centre not always convenient.

I've always found the staff pleasant and helpful here. Most banking is now online but you still can't beat a local branch for providing a human face, dealing with customer queries and carrying out safe, secure transactions. Traditional 3pm weekday closing is problem for most people though, 5.30pm weekday closing and 3pm Saturday closing would make the bank far more accessible and useful for most people.

Always found them more than helpful .Especially when my wife passed away. Not the greatest opening hours at least we're still got a bank in town.

Never knew it would be such a hard place to open a new bank account...even the same in all banks....so if you win the lottery, spend some , the banks cant give you an account today

Times need to be changed. Shut too early especially on a Saturday. Other banks are open longer now.

The hours at this branch are ridiculous.Many people including myself, cannot get there before 3pm due to work commitments. In my eyes this branch may as well close as its no good to a lot of people.

Staff always seem to be off with people. There is always an excuse for something. Customer service in branch is terrible.
