I went there last week to register for a bereavement and miss sara was very supportive and understanding I was feeling a bit down and she made me feel better, this is what I call good costumer service 5 stars

My first visit today for years since our local branch closed down. I found the cashier very cold and reluctant to help me pay in a few hundred pounds in cash (notes).
