Dashcam fitted. Arrived home but installation faulty and the product did not work. Had to return to the store. Fault corrected by jiggling the wires in the fuse box. Not convinced the fault has been permanently rectified..No initial explanation as to how to get the faulty product working. Very disappointing service and no apology given at any stage until I pointed it out to the technician. I won't be using Halfords again

A shop crying out for self service check outs.
So many people in a queue to buy car cleaning or screen wash/anti freeze.
No wonder why Halfords are closing so many stores, people take one look at a queue, put the item down they were going to buy and walk out.

Always assumed Wilco cheaper however went to Wilco wiper blades £30 for my corsa didn?t have in stock . Went to Halfords £28 , really nice girl served me and quickly found blades I needed , well done Halfords ?

Having to leave a bad review as I was encouraged to sign up to Halfords membership by receiving a free MOT. Just tried to redeem the MOT and both the Great Yarmouth and Norwich Autocentres are not able to MOT my long wheel based van. The agent that signed me up was working on my van changing the battery so he should have known this.
Spoke to a Joshua on the Halfords chat that was understanding, prompt and offered a £12 partial refund. Hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

So even though they?ve done it before they decided that fitting headlight bulbs to a Skoda Fabia was too difficult to do. Come on, I know it?s a bit tricky but hardly rocket science. So I wasted an hour driving there ??
