We have just popped in and had a ring cleaned, free service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My mum was worried as her ring has aches in. She almost cried when it was done. Very pleased with it. Fantastic service and reliable. Massive thank you from myself and my mum.

Great, knowledgeable staff. Managed to find an item in store that I had seen online but didn?t have a code or photo for it. Also made a lovely job of cleaning up my silver Tiffany necklace while I made my purchase. Great customer service. Thank you!

Lewis is amazing. On two occasions I have been in to see him and he?s fixed earrings that I haven?t even purchased from hm Samuel?s, he also fixed them for free. Amazing customer service wouldn?t go anywhere else.

Thanks to H Samuel at Lowestoft. The staff are so helpful in making sure I purchased what was right for me after being very disappointed trying to purchase directly from Accurist. Luckily I worked out that I could purchase from H Samuel and the altered the metal strap to fit perfectly. Thanks to Jade and Lewis at Lowestoft branch, you are both stars!

Ordered 4 items.Which are exactly what we want and of good quality.Was notified by email and phone call to say items were ready for collections. Unfortunately did not get the staff names but they were helpful,knowledgeable and well presented.Will use H Samuel in the future.

Popped into the Lowestoft branch, very friendly and quick service to remove links from a watch strap. Would recommend.

Popped into the Lowestoft branch to enquire about how to fix a casio watch and which I didn't have the patience to do.
Staff were so polite and Lewis the manager took the watch and said he would give me a call the next day once it was repaired ... 10 minutes later he rang me to say it was repaired.
Amazing service and so polite, Would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

The store is full of lovely items and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I was served with a smile by Shannon who was lovely and talked me through promotional offers, premier cover and my money off voucher! Always worth a visit :)
