Cannot recommend. Wish I could put no stars. We were offered a deal and the salesman, for that's what they are, wrote everything down for us. He also signed the paper with his name. We went home, discussed it, and went back to arrange the deal. A lot of quick talking but I noticed that the price was a lot higher than discussed just hours earlier. I said no deal and the price was suddenly dropped to that on the paper, which we luckily had kept. That night I received an email which I read carefully only to find that although the price was the same, the speed was now the lowest one you could get and not the 150mps we were told we would be getting. We were at the shop when it opened the next day to cancel everything. The same salesman was in the shop although he'd told us he didn't work on that day. He came and spoke to us and tried to put the blame onto a young boy who he was training. We watched him guide the boy every step, telling him what to do so this was disgusting. The boy was not at fault. I can only say that this man was the equivalent of a snake oil salesman in my opinion. We will never go back but have kept hold of that paper to remind us why! If you go into the shop get everything written down and check thoroughly if you sign anything. Hopefully you will get somebody more honest.
