Thank you to the lovely Martin for helping me get the curtains I was after today,he then put them over to the counter so I could carry on shopping,plus he had a good sense of humour,which is always a plus for me when shopping .

What a grest shop, well laid out, styles to suit everyone, lovely children bedlinen department, so much to choose from. Lovely friendly helpful staff. I had decided on click & collect, fast efficient. Items I purchased were rollerblinds, excellent quality, well packaged. Will most definately be using this store again. Easy to park overall very good experience. Quite refreshing by today's standards so thankyou Lowestoft Dunelm ??

I like going to Dunelm?s normally I go on a Sunday have a little mooch around prices are not too bad. Get some good bargains in the south and get some very good quality stuff that you don?t find in other shops. The nearest one I can think of is near Asda in Lowestoft stuff I use that one myself recently. I bought a new rug. I got £60 off so not such a bad shop in my mind.

I recently visited the Lowestoft store to purchase a Venetian blind. When I took it to the till, the girl behind the counter couldn't find a barcode and seemed completely clueless about where to look for one. She asked me how much it was, to which I replied that I didn?t know..I hadn?t checked the price, I?d simply picked it up.
After 20 minutes of her huffing, puffing, and generally faffing about, she finally called over another staff member. He managed to sort the issue in about 10 seconds. I?d be genuinely curious to see what kind of training staff receive there, because basic customer service appeared to be non existent throughout the entire interaction.
When I got home, I realised the blind was missing the bracket and other essential fittings. So, back to the store I went. To my dismay, I was met by the same gormless staff member who greeted me with a condescending, ?What?s wrong now?? She even implied that I might have removed the missing parts myself, which was utterly ridiculous. I simply asked for an exchange.
Honestly, if I didn?t already have the same blinds in every other window of my house, I?d have taken my business elsewhere after that shambles.

I love this shop, but watch out for prices. I purchased a couple of reduced items, amongst others, but was charged full price. It's a bit of a truck to go back just for £4.80, but that's a lot of money lost if they do this regularly.

Just about everything you could want for the home can be found here. I wanted a particular standard lamp, it was in stock and so we're he bulbs. It was busy but we had no trouble parking. Staff were friendly and quick at the till too.
