I used to work there. I say used to as the new manger didn't like me or my boyfriend. Fired him a couple of hours before his shift one day, through email. Then after my life threatening ectopic pregnancy. I was being ignored for shifts. Then HR had to message me asking if I was still working there or if I still wanted to work there. And then made the store give me shifts. But they found a loophole and only gave me 1 hour shifts a week. Idk about you but I can't live on £11 a week. So I had no other choice but to find another job! They way they treat people there is horrible and before I had to have time off because I was dying or very easy could of died. I only had 2 shifts. So I wasn't even fully trained and he thought I could be trained on 1 hour slots even tho I have a learning disability....
Happy I work somewhere else now... to many men with power trips

The driver couldn't find our locations and asked us to meet him somewhere else. He was nice enough but when you order delivery you generally want it delivered to you, not to walk to a Bingo Hall. One large dip was missing in the order. Food was warm and not too bad.

So I wanted to order a pizza over the phone for collection. I tried calling 3 times no one answered the phone, then I decided to drive down to this Lowestoft branch, I walked in, and decided to try to give them a call again to see if there was a problem with a phone. As soon as their phone started ringing one of the employees told other workers not to answer the phone and to "ignore it". When lady walked over to the till she told me they don't answer it because "delivery takes 2 hours". After I told her I wanted to call to collect she was lost of words and didn't know what to say.Had to wait there for 15 minutes to collect when all this could have been done over the phone.Terrible customer service.

If you order for collection don?t bother coming in until 10/20 mins after it says ready to collect because it won?t be, i sat and waited for 35 minutes the other day after it said ready to collect, i even arrived 10 mins after the time it said ready yet still sat for another 35 minutes. By the time i was handed my food it was hot so i?m assuming they hadn?t even started preparing it until i got there.

We booked a collection, got there at the designated time, told them our name, the attendant disappeared at the back. 10mins later he was still not back. We eventually rang the bell again - he had forgotten about us! Really? Maybe they're better geared for delivery...

Ordered a delivery spent over 30.00 my food was barely warm the cookies had gone hard wedges were the worst being soggy and cold and the pizza very dried up chicken on it and barely warm this is a delivery restaraunt and I would expect a better service than coldFood being delivered really disappointed
