Great experience with a motorbilitly car

What an absolute nightmare of an establishment. Trading standards will be informed. Certain staff members are liars, and clueless, snake oil salesmen if you like.. they got my vehicle driven from Birmingham to Lowestoft, i got told i had to pay £300 towards a paint colour, I agreed upon the terms said that I would get a refund if the car arrived damaged, sure enough it did. A member of staff got a screwdriver to the old licence plates to remove them as it was a customer cancellation car, the windscreen got a chip in it, multiple stone chips to paint.. they deny all knowledge of the discussion, yet calls ae recorded and my wife heard the call on loudspeaker. They robbed me of my money.. buyer beware! go elsewhere!

Waited 30 minutes to buy a Suzuki, only to be told it was sold.The car was on the forecourt unlocked with no sold sign. Had sat in it and had a look around it. I?d be really annoyed if I had brought it and people had been able to sit in and play with it.

I used this Peugeot service centre instead of Norwich. What a difference, easy parking, friendly staff and extremely informative. Despite the journey we will again use Lowestoft over Norwich who have a lot to learn about customer service?

Great people who looked after our Peugeot 308gt premium on her first service.Well here I am again. This time my car needed a MGP Manufacturers quality update and replacement battery and Desira lent me a car while they carried out the update in a very professional way.
