2nd pair of faulty shoes for my 12 year old, was told to come back to get her feet re measured and replaced by the manger, went back with my daughter and 5 year old son who both are autistic therfore it was a stressful event only to then be told by someone else there was nothing they could do "clarks policy " such a shame clarks shoes were lovely once upon a time. Never again will I buy from them

Great customer service. I witnessed the staff dealing with a very rude customer with a completely unrealistic demand. They remained professional throughout and apologised profusely to me, despite it not being their fault. Highly recommended.

You get good customer service here. They measure your feet and make sure the shoes fit properly. You also get what you pay for and Clark's shoes last longer than those cheap shoes.

I visited this store 2 day's ago and bought 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair of walking trainers both fitted perfectly very comfortable paid £150 for both pair's was originally going to pay £130 for 1 pair of shoes from a different store so glad i popped in to clarks the young lady who served me was very nice helpful and very polite excellent service she even gave me an extra 20%off.

I have been in here twice now with my 10 month old and waited to get her feet measured to buy her 1st shoes. Granted it has been busy but on both occasions we were not even acknowledged. The second time I had my partner with me too. We waited a good while. A couple then walked in holding a bag and went straight to the till. The assistant at the till said loudly to another assistant 'there are customers here waiting, the 2nd assistant came towards us and the 1st assistant said loudly 'no, not them, the ones right in front of me'. The 2nd assistant turned from us and served those customers as instructed. We walked out at thos point. We won't be returning.
