Been in today to buy a cope of call of duty modern warfare, and 5 attempts to install the copying add-on it starts at 28 minutes left gets down to 17 minutes left and then automatically restarts 5 in a row and it is refusing to complete itso that's a waste of my money, in future check the discs before you sell them, I've now smashed up that disc and will never be a shopping in your crap store again thank you endlessly for wasting more of my money as this is not the first time you have sold me a lemon.

They do not clean their stuff before selling to you. i bought a pink ps2 controller for my ps2 and one of the rubber thumb pads was shifting, confused i took it off and it had literal brown stuff all up inside of it, i had to really give the controller a deep clean too before using it too, laziness.

As per usual, selling items second hand for more than they are worth brand new. Outdated, money grabbing system with poor practices, surprised it has been allowed to go on so long.

Go to one in Norwich fine if get their when first opened wise a long wait to be served. Price can be cheap then can be extortionate on videos games why best shop around. Good thing if go to shop can get a decent case than risking online used retailers

Take your unwanted items and get cash or a higher value with a voucher receipt well worth it coz I buy games and stuff I got a pair of galaxy buds for 50 and comes with 2 yrs wrantity with them

Charges £10 MORE than a brand new xbox series x controller, wouldn't refund literally 10 minutes after purchase. Not usually one to write bad reviews, but this is just a con.
