Very efficient service, optician was very knowledgeable and felt he gave me very good advice and help. Lady who was sorting out glasses was welcoming and friendly. She knew what was needed and gave the best deal for the price as they varied a lot. She showed the different colours for the transitions and which was best for our needs. Would recommend.

It?s a shame the locum optometrist today was not child / customer service friendly he referred to the child saying ?a squint? when corrected by myself ?strabismus? he justified his words saying ?those are big words? the eye clinic uses ?squint? - they don?t they use correct diagnosed words mindful not to label children with negative words - very outdated views and attitude, this upset the child who is SEN he has been through surgery to correct his strabismus.

Have just purchased new glasses at the Lowestoft Branch which needed the nose pads changed. Charlotte absolutely went above and beyond to resource the ones I'd wanted from the Norwich staff she was seeing that evening. She rang me the next day to say she'd got them and I could pop back in to have them fitted.
