“The lady who deals with the customers queuing up for Pokémon on release days is wonderful she goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and fairly, even coming in early on her day off to manage expectations when they only had 14 items delivered and she knew people would be waiting for more than an hour. As grandparents queuing for our grandson we sadly missed getting one being 18th in the queue, but we're so grateful not to be left waiting over an hour and then disappointed. Thank you again lovely lady.”

“The fact that this shop has a carpeted door matt when you walk in already makes it a winner, as it allows you to wipe you feet before walking in the immaculate lino that has clearly been laid by incredibly skills craftsmen as there are no creases or folds on it. And they sell cheap books so pretty damm good really.”
