Just came in to have a full English breakfast, all I can say is it was absolutely disgusting!! Where have the days gone cooking fresh? Even the toast wasn?t cooked properly.
I don?t recommend eating here at all even if passing. Awful!! ?

Terrible customer service.. Ordered a online delivery for 10am to 11am never turned up! No email or phone call to advise why. I called customer service at 2pm to be told they have no idea when it would come and the store was not picking up their calls. I will shop else where from now on.

Debbie in bakery is the most delightful and helpful woman, she catered (both metaphorically and literally) to our needs helping us endlessly when the cake printing machine was broken. Leon please give Debbie a raise she a true ASDA warrior.
3 stars for the store - no cake machine and no variety in bra size for the mrs
5+ stars for the one and only Debbie - what a woman!!!

I have just returned from asda lowestoft .
Where they are in the process of creating a one way system. Which has rendered the group of disabled parking bays to the right of the store obsolete. As they are now too far from the permitted entrance , and are now not fit for purpose. Seems like asda are declaring themselves to be not a disabled friendly store. Being disabled myself i will probably have to review my shopping habits

My wife is disabled, we visited the store to find they only have one trolley for wheel chair users thatbwas being used. As i have to push the wheel chair this meant we could not do our shopping. After asking for a manager we were confronted with an absolute drip of a man boy smirking as we complained. Michael the manager was useless and frankly lucky I can keep myself so composed. An absolute pathetic waste of skin man boy that was rude and unhelpful. Be careful Michael not everyone has my calm! I would avoid this pit of a store and its useless manger.
