Phoned 111 as a returned from work with an infected cut. Hand started swelling etc at around 5.30. They suggest i head to asda and see them and discuss what to do. Im aware they are able to prescribe antibiotics and I needed reassurance. Was told they couldnt help sounded like an infection go to James pagent.
Which i did reluctantly as was uncomfortable and tired. Saw them returned 2 hours later to pick up prescribed said antibiotics. Got home, then recived a call at 9pm saying you were refered by 111. Felt like i was fobbed off not much care given. He could of looked at me and prescribed what i needed with out going all that way. To call just before they closed without much hope of getting stinks. Not happy, wont be using them again.

This pharmacy is happy to let you walk around with an infected hole in your jaw despite having ALL evidence of a prescription from a dentist. Absolute joke, they don't even know their own jobs. Truly worst service I've ever received from supposed healthcare professionals.

Terrible pharmacy terrible pharmacist . Went today under pharmacy first scheme. I needed antibiotics for my eigable condition and was refused. Very un experienced African pharmasist on duty. No help. 10days before you get help. Onean was there for stomach pain. Got offered Rennie. Please avoid

Why advertise the pharmacy is open till 0001 when it isn't and it's actually the shop itself. Disgraceful.
