Whilst on holiday locally, I needed to return an item that was unsuitable. It was nice to find one of the few remaining stand alone Argos stores where you don't have to go into Sainsbury's to make a purchase. I always end up spending far more than is necessary when I venture into a supermarket. As this particular store is located in a retail park, there is lots of parking available. Disabled spaces right outside the entrance if required. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A very positive experience.

Very bad service on an item that was wrongly advertised. Not my fault but somehow ?David? made me feel it was. ?David? was extremely vocal and came over somewhat aggressive. High street stores cannot afford to higher rude staff that don?t know there job. I am sending my complaint to head office.

Ordered big TV click & collect. Was in and out of the store in less than five minutes with a lovely helpful employee who carried it to my car for me. Am very happy with how friendly and efficient the whole experience was. Great TV too lol

Having had hundreds of deliveries using my Argos account I placed an order for home delivery on Sunday. Unknown to me the notification system was broken so i did not receive the usual texts to say driver was on his way or items had been delivered. Whilst I was eating supper, close to my front door (in my small terraced house), the order was put by the front door and i was not alerted. A bit later my neighbours were out with their kids for Halloween and saw a man make off with half the order and they knocked our the door to let us know. I phoned Argos who agreed that as I wasn't alerted to delivery or told the delivery had been made they would refund and send a new order out - emails arrived to that effect this morning. So... I sat like a lemon for hours by the window next to the front door and nothing arrived. I phoned Argos and they told me the order had been delivered today!!! This went on for hours until someone in the Resolutions team told me that Lowestoft branch had decided the order yesterday had been properly delivered and decided to overturn the Argos office decision to refund and reissue - at just after 2pm this afternoon without letting me know. Resolutions told me that Lowestoft should have contacted me - but like yesterday when they didn't alert me to delivery today they didn't bother to let me know the decision had been overturned. So I am £65 down, no diy stuff and loads of wasted time. So thanks mean, miserable Lowestoft branch for a really poor experience.

Bought a Hot water dispenser and it has water marks on it!! Clearly a previously returned item and I paid full price£55!!!I am not happyCan not get through on phone to complain equally frustratingI will never use Argos again
