I've returned a TV today still had no email confirmation about my refund disgusting disgrace behaviour the TV was collected this morning at 10.30am 13th may 2025 plus they spect you to wait 5&7 working days for refund on debit card from now on cash only or shop else where

It's now 17th may and still no refund back my banks have told me there's no refund due to me this on 17th may now so basically they had gds back straight away in same condition they are basically stealing my hundreds hundreds of pounds
8 days now no money bck now refund I was promised a refund on the 20th may by customer service and chief executive still no refund no money back they had returns back 8 days ago now any way lost a old loyal customer now

Did click and collect for a Samsung mobile phone and also exchanged a faulty EE dongle. Received exceptional customer service from Ceri, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It's not very often you get such great service these days and it really stood out. Cannot recommend highly enough. Ceri is an asset to Argos in Lowestoft.

Whilst on holiday locally, I needed to return an item that was unsuitable. It was nice to find one of the few remaining stand alone Argos stores where you don't have to go into Sainsbury's to make a purchase. I always end up spending far more than is necessary when I venture into a supermarket. As this particular store is located in a retail park, there is lots of parking available. Disabled spaces right outside the entrance if required. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A very positive experience.

Very bad service on an item that was wrongly advertised. Not my fault but somehow ?David? made me feel it was. ?David? was extremely vocal and came over somewhat aggressive. High street stores cannot afford to higher rude staff that don?t know there job. I am sending my complaint to head office.

Ordered big TV click & collect. Was in and out of the store in less than five minutes with a lovely helpful employee who carried it to my car for me. Am very happy with how friendly and efficient the whole experience was. Great TV too lol
