What did I like? 1) Huge open parkland grounds of 140 acres where I had a great walk with my dog 2) Its an imposing house but (just) small enough that you can relate to it and imagine families living there in the past 3) Super friendly team that very kindly helped me park in the shade and offered to keep an eye on my dog (in the car) while I zipped around the house in 20 minutes. Much appreciated, thank you! 4) The town of Long Melford is pretty and offers various refershment options. All in all highly recommended.”
