I recently purchased a car, not from Victory Car Sales, but within the Service Record it had its first 3 stamps from Victory Car Sales. The owner at the time had not kept the physical print out showing what work was completed during each service. The car had originally been purchased and looked after by Victory. I sent an email over on New Years day asking if they had a copy of the service record from when they maintained the car, not expecting much more than an automated response. Much to my shock, I received an email from Tom at the crack of dawn the next day, with a full print out attached for me to read, and keep with the cars documents.You are lucky to get this from a dealer you have purchased from these days, let alone one that hadn't sold you the car. If they are this quick and efficient with details like this, I can imagine they are also an excellent dealership to purchase a vehicle from.Thank you Tom, you are a credit to Victory Car Sales, and the motor industry in general.

Time and inclination led me to sell my Audi through Victory's facilities but it did not go to plan on my part leaving me in what I felt was an embarrassing situation. Andy and the staff were both understanding and accommodating enabling a sale. They could quite rightly have held me to our original agreement but instead were most reasonable. The outcome is would Ibuy a car from them or recommend them to a friend? 100% I would. Thank you chaps. ?
