I have tried to order from Just eat for delivery and honestly the service is horrible. Food is great but the fact that several orders have been cancelled with no explanation is just terrible. What is the point of being on Just Eat. Not to mention that this Subway is obscenely expensive compared to other ones I've ordered from in the past.

Just way too expensive, overpriced,I wish there was a Greg's near me,much better value and better tasting food and better coffee,coffee is very poor quality here

Subway is probably one of the best fast food chains in the UK. Unfortunately it?s also one of the most inconsistent due to the handmade approach.
Subway in Leiston seems to be devoid of any meaningful management. The staff who currently work there, seem especially concerned with chatting amongst themselves, as apposed to serving customers. So much so, it?s the only subway I?ve ever visited which has a doorbell type button on the counter, for ?service?.
The staff whilst relatively friendly, are just disorganised and too laid back. The sandwiches are just chucked together, and turn out to be a sloppy mess.
The closure of the Wickham, and Woodbridge branches has been a real shame. The best Subway in the area is now at Martlesham. I avoid visiting this one as much as possible.

The food is great, standard subway quality as per any of its franchises.
The customer service aspect is very weird. I have never had to ring a bell in a chain (franchise) store for attention. It is also not that apparent what you need to do. Saying that, customer service is quite fast, friendly and efficient.
The seating area needs to be sorted. Please don't block off the back area for your convenience. I am the customer and I would like to sit, wherever I would like to sit. I suffer from anxiety so was actually hoping that I could sit in the back bit.

Fantastic service from the team, they always go the extra mile and they are very helpful and friendly. Food is fab, plenty of choice and good quality. Never had a bad meal from there, would highly recommend to all!

Ordered via just eat with a time slot 1.10-1.30pm. Rang at 1.30 and was told it?ll be 30 mins. 2pm arrived and still no order.rang again and told still ant store ready for delivery. Order very late no apology no comp.

This Subway has always been slow and lacking in pride but today prompted me to review it publicly? the guy that served me at 13:50 25/01/2024, didn't have a name tag which was a clever move because his attitude stunk. He yawned a very long and wide yawn without covering his mouth? and then proceeded to apply burger sauce to my sub despite me asking for Chipotle. I know Suffolk is slow in a lot of things but please be slow with at least a little bit of competency. Peace.

I think that last review was totally unfair and will point out that he is new to Subway.I used to work with him at his previous workplace and he is a good lad who needs to be given a chance.Always get good service and the food is always amazing.

I?ve been going to Subway for around 15 years and this was no doubt the worst experience I?ve ever had, it was being run by a ?manager? who had absolutely no idea what he was doing and was constantly asking his colleague how to do everything, his demeanour was too lax and he seemed to think it was a good idea to prioritise deliveries over in-store customers, it was 45 minutes before our order was completed and not only were we charged the full amount but also for an extra layer of cheese that we didn?t have and while luckily I was refunded, as a former Subway Team Leader and Burger King Delivery Driver, this is just unacceptable, not to mention that by the time we started eating our sandwiches they were nearly cold despite them having been toasted.IN-STORE CUSTOMERS SHOULD TAKE PRIORITY OVER DELIVERIES, MANAGERS SHOULD BE SWITCHED ON AT ALL TIMES AND KNOW HOW EVERYTHING SHOULD BE DONE INSTEAD OF RELYING ON THEIR SUBORDINATES FOR THINGS LIKE THAT!!On that note, the colleague certainly deserves a raise for his own hard work along with him also doing what should?ve been done by the ?manager?.
