Attentive, super polite waiting and bar staff. Well portioned mains. This is more a restaurant than a pub, choice of beer limited. Our food; Caesar Salad with added chicken - breast preferred over the thigh meat served, Ploughman’s pickles, pie and scotch egg all very good, bread slightly stale and cheddar nothing... read full comment
