Great all day american breakfast

Okay. Same trip:
--man staff-member who took order super friendly and articulate, helped my friend's unruly kiddo settle down his excitement with some coloring crayons and a batman figurine. Really personable, but was not at front of house for long.
--woman staff-member who delivered order, when she was told--after we ordered a second round of food--that the fries were way too salty and inedible, told us the 'trash is over there, feel free to throw it away.' Which, to me is inexcusable when we spent over £100 on coffees, drinks and various meals during our hour long stay in an empty restaurant. She could most definitely fry us up some .50 pence fries as a replacement. There was no other assault on her time.
I don't know, I have very low standards for service workers. They have it hard enough, but my baseline is--don't be an ass. Her attitude was enough to make me feel so sorry for the other guy. A word to the hiring team--this woman is your downfall. Find another human who respects people, customer or not. If you're getting tons of complaints on the food/service--that's addressable. Address it.
Oh. And don't order the avocado toast!
It's dry toast, with nothing but poorly sliced avocado on top. No mashing, no spices, nothin'. We got it for the kiddos, and they didn't even want the toast. It was rough.
Coffee was fine and the BLT was fine. Nothing else felt okay about this visit.

The menu was super limited, but it was after lunch hours so understandable. however, it did feel like my food was more of a ?leftover slap on? and to make matters worse?overpriced.
i was so excited and tried to give the dish the benefit of the doubt, it smelled good, but there was no flavor to it. tots were extra greasy, with two strips of thinly sliced beef, and tons of greasy vegetables. i ordered a philly cheesesteak?and i received greasy veggies on top of greasy tots that took half an hour to cook. ?. i will stick to the lunch menu next time.

Some of the kindest people working there. I was having trouble with my card and was trying to get lunch for me and my son. They were kind of enough to help me out. Hope I can return the favor some day?

All of the fried food that we ordered gives the appearance of being cooked earlier in the day or shift, and then stuck back in the fryer once ordered. The chicken patties, chicken strips, french fries, fried pickles, and jalepeño poppers were all lukewarm to warm even though they were cooked to nearly burnt.

The sides were pretty terrible but the steak was spot-on. And for this price, not a bad deal.
Always love the staff. They make everything so pleasant! Spaces are clean and tidy.

The French toast breakfast sandwich was yummy! My husband loved the breakfast burrito. Good go to on base, and we really enjoyed one of the staff members - such a personable and friendly dude!
