I was in the area and decided to pop in. I usually shop at the Tesco Extra nearby since I live closer to it, but I found this location has a better selection of deals and items. Some other products can be a bit pricier, though.

I find the store we use as 2 disabled people very annoying, staff watch you struggle to reach shelves ftom your wheelchair and when the time comes topay at.the.scan and shop tills it's a nightmare getting in there past the high pile of products there to sell,eg,cases of beer, flowers, fireworks ,what is there depends on the.time of.year, but come on tesco after complaining countless times about this problem and been told it will all be moved I feel like my moans are just falling on deaf ears as nothing ever improves, please tesvo consider ur disabled shoppers it would be such a help,

This my local store and I have used it since it opened. However, their recent changes have caused some real issues. I have just attempted to purchase some items in there. No till with a human being on it. Self service tills blocked with people who had full trolleys of items, were spending £150+ but had to use and block the tills. There was a queue of 20+ people waiting to get a till. One member of staff was trying to assist those using the self-service tills which kept pinging the red light, mostly for no reason.
Then an elderly lady needed assistance with her trolley of items. The member of staff called for a human being till to be opened. Someone eventually came and then the member of staff running the self service area had to walk the elderly lady to the human till, leaving at least 3 of us trying to use the self service tills with red lights on our tills so we could not continue. I put my items back in my basket, left it on the till and walked out. Tesco, you need to prioritise human beings who actually walk in to your shops to look at and buy stuff rather than having staff in the shop running around to collect and package 'orders' for someone to pick up and then deliver.

Such Rude staff. Went into Tescos after school with my mates to purchase a can of monster ( we are all over 16 ). However, the very second I put my hand on the can of monster a member of staff appeared out of nowhere who I premused had been waiting for me to pick the can up. He was then extremly rude to me asking for ID. However, he kept on bringing up a conversation I had earlier with my mate who got into a cinema with showing just his GSCE grades. I felt like he had been stalking my conversation which is some level of harassment. The worst thing about this is that he wouldn't let me show any ID even though I had a photo of my passport which quite clearly stated that I was the over the age of 16. However this member of staff refused to accept it even though I was quite clearly eligible. I know it is their job to try and stop anyone underage from buying a monster but I was 16 and had the perfect right to buy the drink if I so wished and the manner in which he stopped me was blaintly rude. No matter what I presented to him he remained convinced I had somehow faked it which for me I feel ashamed and hurt as for my age I feel like I am portrayed as looking younger than what I actually am and his stereotype left me feeling appalled and quite frankly hurt. I could see the happiness in his face as how he felt so big and clever as he just stopped a 16 year old who should have been able to buy a can of monster from buying a can of monster. Oh well, Tesco you've lost out on a customer and profit and instead I will go to a different shop from now on if I wish to buy an energy drink where I won't feel left feeling stereotyped and disgraced. Please tell this member of staff to try and not ruin my confidence in trying to be independent and go shopping. It's unbelievable how he treated me and I've been left shaken and scared.

Usual Tesco's quality and service. Much cheaper with a club card. Even as much as a pound off on items of only a few quid.
Something for everyone's budget and choice.

When in good selection? They sell everything. They are clothes, toiletries, books, toys, food. Everything you think of you they have. There's a phone shop, a restaurant , looked round, done some shopping then went to the petrol station filled up then went home,

It?s not easy getting round the shop these days as there are so many staff stacking shelves, however they are not the problem its the empty bins and boxes that they have just emptied which are the problem. One person had two rows of empty boxes and the third he was just emptying, I suggested he took the empty ones out of the shop and he told me there was nowhere to take them, he couldn?t understand why I had a problem and i mentioned that there wasn?t any room left for the customers and he just shrugged his shoulders and laughed. He needs reminding that the customers are paying his wages. Then we walked ten yards down the line and another person had three piles of boxes, two were empty and the third he was emptying. There was three of us trying to get through but it was impossible, we had to make way for them. PLEASE can something be done about this problem. Thank you from a verydisgruntled shopper in Kesgrave, Suffolk
