They are so rude here and there is no hurry to serve you, they leave you standing in the q, and you cant rely on the Evri Service anymore, always some excuse why they cant take your parcel!

A review for the rude tall blonde woman! I think that you require further training in customer service! Let me help you! When a customer is waiting to be served it is polite to greet them then you scan the item and inform them of the price required followed by a please. Once the customer has paid you then say thank you!...
