Well, where do I start? First of all, I got told by Domino's app that the food would be ready in 11-16 minutes. I kept checking the app for when it was ready for collection, as I was only a 2 minutes journey away, and in the end, I decided to call as 40 minutes had passed to speak to a lady who had no clue about my order then I spoke to a male so in the ended went to the shop as neither of these people could understand English to a degree to be able to hold a conversation.
After being lied to by one of the members of staff saying it was him who had spoken to me on the phone and then speaking to the other male who I originally spoken to on the phone to be told by him that the lady had just finished her shift at 8:15 but when I turn around and told him that the lady that I was talking to was the one behind the counter he went bright red and couldn't look at me I was then told by this male that he was the manager and then got told that he wasn't the manager and it was somebody else. They clearly didn't understand English or they just couldn't tell the truth!
Let alone this male being behind the counter where the food was being prepped with no hair mask on his beard or around his head. Food hygiene clearly has gone out the window with this company members of staff were prepping food answering the phone and then going back and prepping more food without washing their hands. We will never use this branch again!

Our initial contact with the person serving was difficult as thier English language skills were very poor, but after a few minutes another member stepped in to successfully and professionally take our order which was ready quite quickly and as usual the food was great!
Parking: There is a convenience store next door if you need to pick up any essentials while you wait for your food!

For the last 2 years have been using this place on and off as haven't been a fan of the taste of the Pizza dough. But tonight was WOW defined the best Pizza I ever got from a Dominos. The change of the dough has been for sure the best choice. WE JUST LOVED IT. Great job guys. You camed very close to the Italian style dough. Thank you.

Fast service and friendly, one of the staff even gave me a lift instead of finding me a taxi back to my B&B after walking there initially.

Our office ordered pizzas for lunch and when we went to collect the pizzas, we were told they were not ready. We then quickly went to the premier next door and when we asked again if they were ready, we were told they have already been collected. The worker accused us of already collecting the pizzas and we had to explain we hadn?t and were just in the shop. My colleague placed the order so had to get her to send the confirmation email. They had to do an investigation into it. So basically they gave our pizzas to the wrong person and then accused us of already collecting, they also found it suspicious that we placed the order at 12:10 and arrived at the shop at 12:30, which was accusing us again. Poor service! It was also the area manager that served us and he mentioned this has happened before.

Good dominos. 4 stars as staff get offers wrong if you ask and don't promote then so I had to order online. Food always good and service good apart from this.

It was really good. Manager Jitendra Bhati is a master at making pizza. Give all the staff an payrise! Also, the pizza was a perfect circle! Couldn?t ask for anything more from them.
