This pub is more of a family type pub brilliant service. as soon as someone came in the staff would help u settle down straight away the staff are very polite foods very nice but takes a while but there was 5 of us so understanding

We visited for the first time this weekend for a roast and had seen previous (unfair) reviews but decided to give them a go. We weren?t disappointed, the service was brilliant, such a lovely cosy/friendly atmosphere and the food was so good. Couldn?t recommend this place enough! Can?t wait to return.

A wonderful pub between Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds.
Really enjoyed the mussels as a starter and the stake. Served with a smile and great service. Nothing was to much trouble would definitely recommend.

So friendly made us very welcome. Dog friendly in the garden all came to see our puppy even brought him treats. Lovely people a must visit.

Lovely pub, amazing food! Change the menu up regularly and everything I?ve tried has been delicious. Bar menu includes sweet chilli chicken and battered sausages. Mains include a lovely burger and Camembert with chutney! Yum ?

Travelled to Kentford to meet some old friends halfway and was not disappointed. The landlord and landlady of The Kentford could not have been more accommodating given our last minute booking for a table of 11. The atmosphere, service and food were all impeccable. Nothing was a problem for them. We will absolutely be visiting again!
