If I could give Your Ipswich more stars, I would. I've had a lot of experience of buying and selling properties over the last few years (to sell our old home and buy the current one, sell a rental property and also sell the homes of my late parents and parents-in-law). We used 5 different local agents during these sales and all of them were useless except Your Ipswich. They offer a brilliant service for a very competitive fee. Melissa and Karl kept in regular contact, got lots of potential buyers through the door to view, confirmed everything by email and achieved the maximum sale price. They thoroughly deserve every success in the future.
