Terrible service. Picture of parcel taken on top of my wheelie bin. Then launched/thrown over my six foot gate into my garden!!, And classed as delivered.Another parcel was delivered, a pair of shoes. Box was torn open and only one shoe in the box.. advised by customer service guy from yodel/Evri to contact the supplier for a refund. Laughable service.

The tracking number said my parcel was delivered safely .My neighbour found it behind her dust bin, which was in full public view.No notification to me where it wasThe Royal Mail might not be running 100% but at least they leave you with a note on where your package can be foundPoor show by Yodel

If I could give a minus rating I would! Absolutely incompetent delivery service and I would strongly advise any suppliers to steer well clear should you wish to retain end user business!

My parcel I ordered on 31st dec said it would arrive on 3rd jan 4 latest all tracking was going ok then keeps saying still now on 6 updating saying at Ipswich depot, I live in a van and rely on the products I order I?m never ordering if I see yodel delivery company bullsit 48hr delivery

The driver claimed to have tried to deliver a package and been unable to find our property, despite it being very easy to find and us even letting Yodel know the what three words. We were forced to wait in all day three times because the package couldn't be left and there was no helpful tracking information. We were then forced by Yodel to drive for one hour each way to pick up the package from their distribution centre!

They ruined Christmas completely due to how the relief drivers only need to deliver half the parcels and they get payed in full, this is the 178th time this has happened, relief drivers should be required to do the whole round as normal or they don?t get full pay then this wouldn?t happen, honestly the worst of worst delivery companies I?ve ever dealt with, I honestly can?t understand how they?re still in business

Useless.Useless.Useless.A driver who dumps my parcel outside another house half a mile away in the rain. Only by chance did I see that it had been dropped off. Went to collect it myself. Then a contact centre full of people who used pre scripted replies and don't read what you have typed.Actually worse than useless as a company.
