It?s a good gym with a good size sports hall but the weights room is small and if you sign up for the swimming pool you have to travel into town.

I do an over 50's class on a Monday and a breath well class on a Thursday afternoon, and both classes are great if you suffer with copd and to just get out and meet people. Instructors in both classes are A++
