Adam is an absolute credit to the company. Replied to emails almost instantly. I had some problems with the car and nothing was too much trouble for him and the car was delivered to my home contact free once fixed. It's not very often you find an honest car dealer. Really chuffed with my new car!

My experience with Wherstead Autos has very much been a positive one and If I'm honest when it comes to buying a car i haven't got a clue. Adam at Wherstead Autos was great, He went through all the paperwork with me, made sure I understood the terms of my finance agreement and showed me around the car. I even got to test drive which was great! I would highly recommend Wherstead Autos to my friends and family as I know they would take great care of them. I?m very happy with my Nissian Juke!

So my daughter needed a car at short notice after an unexpected serious MOT failure. David allowed an unhurried test drive and was helpful throughout. He was particularly helpful in arranging finance at a cracking rate through Barclays. He also had other finance options at his fingertips. The car was presented in good order and after 800 miles driven, we can say it was an excellent buy. Happy customer, Thanks!

I bought a car from this garage 3 months ago an i've had nothing but problems, the front left bulb was dead, driver belt was grey an cracked, window wiper motor kept cutting out, clutch was almost shot to bits garage we took it to was supprised it didn't brake on us an the list goes on, i was supprised how unprofessional they was when bringing these problems to there attention an my advice would be if you want a decent motor from a professional dealer ship DONT! go wherstead auto's

Avoid using this dealer. I bought a ford focus from here for a slightly higher price than elsewhere. Was happy to pay though as it came with paperwork showing it had just passed it's MOT, had a new clutch and other parts besides.Turned out that the engine was a mess. It had a worn clutch and according to 2 good mechanics, should have failed it's MOT in several areas. The dealer was happy to take it back for repairs, but would only use the same garage that had lied about work and bodged a number of things in the first place.I couldn't trust them and had to pay several hundred pounds to my own mechanic to have the car repaired to the standard I was told it was in when I bought it.

Never use this garage again,sold me a car that had a brand new engine,2 days later it failed, found out it was just a second had engine from the scrap yard,after loads of hassle and grief, went to a solicitor and got all me cash back,! NEVER USE THEM?
