Awful ! Tried to charge me more money than agreed when the car was not even done to the standard expected. The outside had finger prints still on despite supposedly having the polished finish and the boot had not even been hoovered when the interior was supposed to be cleaned.

I have gold service and they done very good jobAnd they just charge me £10 for hand polish which is very good price thanks ?
