If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I have always had a pleasant experience until yesterday when I was rudely talked to by a member of staff. I hope for their sake it wasn't a manger because I would not want to have my store represented by them. I was after a specific product and asked appropriate questions to find out more, and during this was cut off numerous times and spoke to as of I were something on the bottom of her shoe. I do not deem this appropriate at all. I wouldn't mind as much if after there was some form of apology and my questions were actually answered. However they were not, and I was shocked at the level of customer service given. I will not be coming back here until that memeber of staff is gone. I highly suggest they learn to treat all people of all ages etc with the respect that they would want.

This is one of my favourite shops to ever go to. If I could I would spend all my life in there looking at books and reading them. I love books and am happy this place is open it?s so cool and amazing so I hope this place NEVER shuts because I will come here hopefully for my whole life. ?

What more is there to say that hasn't already been said? The best bookstore ever. Whether just popping in to buy a specific title, or having an extended browse, there's always something to pique your interest. Add to that, the discounts and deals, you just can't go wrong.

A very large and very well stocked Waterstones. that boasts an excellent range of fiction, nonfiction and children's books. Browsing the shelves here reminded me of how much better it is to buy books in an actual physical store than online. There are so many books that I'd like to read here.

This Waterstones is really spacious and has an upper stairs and downstairs with an option of going up stairs or up by escalator and going down by stairs. There is a diverse range of books which suit all tastes and they have a selection of different board games and anime figures to look at and purchase from. There is a good range of revision guides for GCSE students from a different variety of exam boards including AQA. I highly recommend this bookstore for a visit if you like reading a good book. Staff friendly, polite and very helpful and knowledgeable

LOVED IT!!! 2 floors lots of books from genres. Any genre you name its there. Crime horror fiction non fiction fantasy etc. It's all there the service is quick and good. So many books for so many ages the books are easy to find. Not only can you get normal and limited addition books but you can get bags games puzzles cards toys and much more. You know its great when it has 2 floors. Very clean and nice no littler and kid friendly. This place is so nice and great defo recommend the books are well looked after and there is many varieties. The paper is good and the covers are great they are all in the right places so it's easier to find. One of if bot the best bookstore I've been to. Recommended to not only bookworms but everyone!!
