Today at 15:30 in the afternoon I went to Vodafone in ipswich, I paid car park was going to renew the family contract of 4 iPhones and the staff that was there told me that it would not be possible because the store closes at 16:00 and I would not have time to renew the contract, I have been a Vodafone client for 14 years and I think they should have more respect for their customers, I even liked the Vodafone service but because of this situation I am thinking of changing operator.

Their door was locked due to some security reasons but the advisor was rude didn't like him at all

Pay £2.45 to park my car for an hour. Walk to the Vodafone shop. In Ipswich Waited 15 minutes to get in as is a locked door policy on the door.bi do understand , A lady. Let me in. She was very helpful and very nice. She was a polish lady. I explained what I was after and she was sorting out the new plan and the new phone for me. Everything was good then she checked my credit reference then I put my card in. It came up fine then she had to go and pick up the door. Absolutely fine. Very nice lady. Very helpful. Top respect for her. A gentleman took over and dealt with it and then there was an issue with my so-called credit reference load of phone. For some reason, reckon I've got no credit reference with my accounts even though I've been with Vodafone for 15 years or more. I have car loan a mortgage. I own my own house. I have a good job. I earn good money. I don't owe nobody nothing. And I have £11 on my Vodafone contract. What doesn't run out till next month? Get back to me. He was very polite and very nice so he let me out and I went home, why is my credit reference not good because my bank credit reference is excellent. I have six bank accounts. And I just got a message saying that I have no payment method set up. Just gone through my phone and checked all the payment methods and everything is fine so I don't know what I do or where I go from here. Just wait for a text from Vodafone now from being a very happy customer to a very unhappy customer

I would stay away from them, if you have any problems you won?t get help from the staffs at Ipswich instead they will be very rude to you, Especially one of the young woman there. Not help but so rude ! 1 star reviews is very generous for the review I gave for the customer service she had provided to me. .

Fantastic friendly professional service
After a complete nightmare dealing with Vodaphone online / calls
With the major problem of Vodaphone call centre my change over phone became my worst ever nightmare
I was dealing with staff that I could not understand
So much noise in the background.
Staff that were using google to try to resolve my problems
After a week abroad with no phone working for calls etc
I returned to try again
Same response from Vodafone call centre
Managed to get through to apple support
Great guy after stating all that had gone wrong he tested all to find Vodafone had on there own merit had put me on eSIM
I did not asked for this .
So phone had been disconnected from my SIM card and data roaming and left part connected on eSIM
The apple guy said I would need to visit ipswich store and left details of what was needed
The manager was so helpful and could see what a mess had been made
Within 30 minute she resolved all on my phone
So impressed I called back with a box of chocolate sweets to share
Moral is call into your local store to avoid hours of stress caused by poor staff know adherence
Vodaphone shame on you for employing cheap foreign staff

They try to steal your money and walk over your consumer rights! I'm about to take them to court for defamation of character, fraud, theft and harassment. AVOID WITH A BARGE POLE!

Vodafone, I hate you. You're getting on my nerves. And I can never get through to my family or send a message. I live in the bloody centre of Ipswich! What the hell? I don't recommend it to anyone.
