The appointment was for my husband who historical is very anxious when having to have his eyes tested. The ladies who assisted him with his pre eye test, test were just lovely. Absolutely brilliant optician for my annual checkup - so thorough that I felt very reassured. The change of prescription and advice of a knowledgeable staff member with choosing eyewear was very helpful. All round positive experience.
