Been with them ever since tsb and Loyds split and have had so many issues. The amount of staff they have on in store but still can?t seem to get ahold of anyone. You go in and your waiting 20 minutes to bet seen. I?d advise to go somewhere else

Have been with TSB for over 30 years and had my first problem recently and went into Ipswich branch and Taylor went out of his way to solve my problem. I am so glad the Ipswich branch is still open. My thanks also to Claire at the Stowmarket branch.

Very rubbish service. Can not get through. Person deal with this is absolutely rubbish.who was meant to be dealing with our inquiry has done nothing. Can't get to speak to anyone. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK OR THE PEOPLE WORKING IN IT.
