Not a particular fan, had a bad experience when it came to getting a refund for some Allen keys I had bought hours earlier.
Because I didn't have an account I was put through as a guest and when I tried to return the lady said because I'd bought the product anonymously I couldn't get a refund. I now have two sets after finding my original set.
