First time visiting the salon and I was looked after immaculately throughout. Appointments were well organised, no waiting around and the cut didn't over run (a pet-peeve of mine). Friendly staff from the moment of arrival from hanging my bag and coat right up until walking out the door. I chose to select "any staff member" for the cut and I'm glad I did because Briony did a fantastic job, I felt comfortable and in safe hands and was impressed with how she dried and styled my hair for my night out that evening. Excellent value for money, will definitely return.

Haven?t found a hairdresser I can trust for a few years. Staff friendly and professional. So pleased with outcome, best I?ve had!! Will be going nowhere else!!!

I love my appointments at this salon, from the warm greeting to the massage chair while having my hair washed to the brilliant skills of my hairdresser, who is always current so the cuts are always stylish and she listens to any hair issues I am having and has many years of experience to draw on.

I was seated by the lady at reception who told me she would let the hairdresser know I was here. I was then left waiting for 20 minutes without anybody coming to see me. There was only one other hairdresser who was busy with another client, I finally asked her where my hairdresser was and she went to get her.My hairdresser did apologise for being late but didn?t provide an explanation as to why. As to my hair, I asked for a bouncy blowdry with pins. This was done well, but could have been better. My hair from the back was a little frizzy and not styled the best. I chose one of the senior hairdressers to do my hair, and she didn?t seem that confident whilst styling (though my hair is quite thick, I assumed her experience would have taught her how to style thicker hair). I don?t think I?ll be returning again as the blowdry and experience wasn?t worth how much I paid.

The team at the Ipswich branch are so lovely, friendly, professional and beautiful! It can be quite intimidating walking in to the bright salon especially if it has been a while since you treated yourself. Trust me, you will unwind quickly and leave feeling so uplifted. I loved having Chantelle create my signature colour tint again. She has great energy, conversation and style, I am so happy with the results. There is a nice range of drinks to choose from, the head massage, massage chair and divine smelling products had me so relaxed I did not want to leave. Detangling my curly hair usually takes me an hour or two on wash day. I was amazed when two stylists armed with magic hair brushes had me tangle free and styled within what felt like seconds! I left feeling fabulous and with the exact look I wanted. Money well spent! It's not just a hair appointment, it's a salon experience and for me on that particular day a much needed break from the pace of life and overdue re-vamp. Thank you Ladies!

Christine, Sammy and Terri at Toni and Guy Ipswich are amazing. I have been having my hair cut and coloured for years at this salon and they do such an amazing job. Have tried other salons but nothing compares to Toni and Guy. Highly recommend Christine, Sammy and Terri, they are very experienced which makes such a difference also. Thank you!

Lovely clean and tidy salon. Really friendly staff. Particularly impressed by the massage chairs at the hair wash station and the incredible head massage I received! Went in with a pretty bad cold, genuinely felt better after that massage! Hair looks fantastic as well. Overall, absolutely thrilled with my appointment.

This was my first time visiting and I had an amazing experience my stylist was very attentive and took onboard what I wanted to get out of my cut and made suggestions of ways it would working with my hair type. The whole experience was fantastic and I was made so welcome I cannot wait to come back

Changing salons (in a new town) is always nerve-wracking for me but from easy online booking to walking out of the salon, everything was first-rate. Terri really listened to what I like and don't like, how I style (or don't style!) my hair, etc., and I am very happy with the resultant cut. I will be booking in for a colour soon.
