Too long a queue at checkouts because they don't put extra staff on for 5 mins to clear it. Have dumped products numerous times due to ridiculous queue

I do love TK Maxx, always a great variety of bits and the store is always tidy, it's not a jumble mess like some can be. Price wise I honestly think there are plenty of clothing options that can compete with Primark - often of better quality too!

TK Maxx, a glorious mix of chaos and bargains, where you'll never know what you'll find. Being there is a mix between a treasure hunt and an adventure, just follow the golden rule, 'if you like it, buy it,' because once its gone, its gone.
That's how I ended up with a mermaid leg-warmer, perfect for watching TV on a chilly night (but not recommended for swimming).

Staff not helpful at all! Went to collect a parcel with a copy of my passport and another physical photographed ID and they still wouldn?t give me the package! Not friendly at all, such a waste of time!!!

I LOVE Tk Maxx but found the staff in the Ipswich store difficult when trying to pick up a click and collect order. Despite various proof of my order by text, email and bank statement and offering different proofs of ID I still wasn?t able to collect my parcel. Not sure what happened to common sense and discretion. Patrick needs to realise he works for TK Maxx not MI5!
