Just wanted to give a shout out to the new General Manager at Copdock Timpson. He's really nice helpful and definitely recommended him for any watch jewellery repairs key's ect

I brought my watch in to have the battery replaced as it stopped working. The person behind the counter tried to remove the cover from the back to replace the battery. Whilst doing so damaged the back of the watch leaving several scratches and gouges In the metal.
He was unable to replace the battery and remove the back.
He never told me he had damaged the back whilst attempting to remove it.
Really unhappy with the service. Will look elsewhere in the future for any watch repairs.

Only needed my watch strap to be fixed. Happy-to-help Timpson man sorted it out within 5 minutes and charged me £5. I must have saved that in diesel by not going into town. Top bloke, top service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
