I was having problems with the 5g Home hub I got direct from Three online.. After several calls with no technical solution (they don't seem to know anything other than make sure it's pointed in the right direction!), they suggested I go into store.
Ipswich store (Luke) was fantastic in helping resolve the issue and providing me with a new unit and deal.. It is now faultless !
If you are looking at getting anything from Three my advise is GO INTO STORE.. much better customer service and understanding of needs.

My three apps said my contract was finishing soon, and I was worried I'll have to pick something quickly so I rushed thertotp have a look at what they have in offer. Prices were well up, and I don't think I could even afford that now. I was served by Luke and he assured me my contract is going to finish in December and I have time, he was very understanding and helped me to look through my documents and advised to wait until november before deciding which really helped me! Lovely atmosphere and brilliant service

Brilliant service from Luke the assistant manager.
I walked into a very busy store and Luke immediately caught my eye to show he had noticed me arrive. He finished dealing with his customers and promptly came over to help me. I was with my two year old son and he was fantastic. Knowledgable, straight to the point and incredibly considerate and helpful. I genuinely was so very thankful for how he treated me.
He is an asset to the business. I hope he is rewarded for his customer service. Thank you

Top service from Winnie today. We have been with 3 for years due to the network coverage in Suffolk. Today we bought new contracts for my wife and I then added our daughter for her first phone.
