Had a lovely lunchtime meal here for my mums birthday, Food was lovely good portion sizes , service was quick and our lovely waitress called Tab went above and beyond with my mum and even put a candle in her dessert and sung happy birthday

We came back to the Beagle and as usual had excellent food with a great, relaxed atmosphere. Our visit this time was made special by the service we received from our friendly and helpful waiter Tom. Being new to a gluten intolerance , he went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and that I was happy every step through my experience . It was so lovely to receive excellent customer service during a busy period and made us all feel relaxed and at ease throughout our dining experience , he was a great laugh too. Thanks Tom! You are a credit to the Beagle.

Lovely venue, really nice choice of meals at a fair price. Our waitress Kay was exceptional, made you feel at home straight away, great sense of humour and clearly knew her job inside out.
Meals arrived quickly, good sized portions, compliments to the chef too.

Was served by TAB, she is an amazing waitress and made our experience 10 x better. Very knowledgeable about the food, extremely helpful and was very understanding!
10/10 would recommend and will most definitely be returning.

semi frequent flyer here however the service tonight was terrible. i understand if there is a delay with food however the waitresses were extremely unapologetic and quite frankly rude.
as i said previously a delay with food is one thing, but watching the tables around us who sat after us receive starters AND mains before we had even received our starters was irritating and then being told it was the soup that they were waiting for. Soup! an hour!
The food was ok, some aspects could have been hotter but it was the terrible service from rude staff tonight that let the restaurant down!
