I like this Tesco it?s spacious, always well stocked, lots of workers on every isle so you can enquire about an issue if needed, and it?s air conditioned so it?s nice in summer to not be sweating and overheating while you shop (I?m talking to you b and m !) the only thing is the Tescos parking at nighttime is a bit ridiculous let?s be honest here. People who work night shifts are expected to do a full food shop or grab a couple items and pay and walk round a bit shop in under an hour as you only get one hour parking..

Ridiculous new parking rules, coupled with the fact they can't be bothered to staff tills any more in the evenings, mean anything more than a quick grab lands you a fine. Spent just under £200 on a shop, had to self scan the lot, then got a £70 parking fine on top of it. Scummy move changing the parking, I'm sure there'll be alright without my money, but it seems stupid to basically tell people they don't want them doing any kind of decent sized shop in the evening.

The old pay at pump £120 pending charge, I only needed £35 worth of fuel, I am still waiting the next day after having £120 removed from my bank account for the difference to be returned. It is amazing how Tesco cannot return my money as quickly as they took it. Dodgy practice in my opinion.

Forecourt floor covered in diesel. My footwear & drivers footwell in vehicle are now covered in diesel oil due to lack of cleanliness & spillage management at this fuel station. All complaints telephone numbers are useless plus your not able to speak to the store manager. Avoid this fuel station if you dont want to smell of diesel & ruin your vehicle carpet or mat. Loads of staff outside store smoking round corner clearly far too busy to keep things in order. Shabby very shabby.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the one-hour parking restriction after 8:00 PM. This severely limits my ability to shop after completing my workday, which typically concludes at 8:00 PM. The short parking duration is unacceptable for a store of this size.

I have until now regarded Tesco as convenient but not always a pleasant experience. This store is an exception; good choice of products, friendly and helpful staff. I would particularly recommend the cafe for its all day breakfast which is great value and tasty.

I have been shopping here for many years and have always been happy with my experiences at the store. Tried other places, but always come back to this store. From time to time I may have had the misfortune of a grumpy or not very efficient staff member, and doesn't seem interested in her job, but this isn't very often and it hasn't put me off shopping here as most of the time I get what I want and their own make goods are really good. I will carry on shopping here.

Parking's ridiculous they have loads of disabled bays which are hardly full up and very few for parent and child!

Visited this location 3 times looking to wash my car. But it seems Tesco does not want me to facilitate car washing. Always coned off assuming it?s in disrepair. I am disappointed in the availability of Suffolk car washing.
