“A few days ago, I lost my car key in this store, but the store employees treated me very well. I thank you for cooperating with me. I do not know the beautiful lady who was the manager or supervisor, but she is a very kind lady. Thank you very much to all of you”

“Such an amazing local shop. The lady ( I think she was the owner) was super helpful and gave me lots of options to just choose something to eat! Very friendly and lovely shop. Thank you so much.”

“In truth I only walked past the store but my phone thinks I went in. The walk past this store was incredible -both stimulating and moving, apart from the smell of weed.”

“My trip to Sainsbury’s was brilliant. They have an amazing range of foods ranging from high to low pricing reasonably priced. Highly recommend shopping at Sainsbury’s. You are also able to collect nectar points shopping at Sainsbury’s.”

“Only second time shopping here, shop was clean \\u0026 well set out but unfortunately the dreaded metal cage's full of either boxes or good's waiting to be unpacked hampered an otherwise easy shop. The car park was at least 3/4 full, so it was surprising that they only had one till open when we went to pay, admittedly they opened another just after we were unloading our shopping. As for price, i did just put what i wanted in, no adding up or anything, we estimated my shopping would be £42 so i was a happy bunny when it actually came to £35.27p.Well worth a visit, although a lady did tell us on the way round to go to the Sproughton Rd Aldi, it's much nicer!? So now you know where to go, lol”

“Its a nice clean and tidy shop with a nice selection of foods in the cafe, only issue I have is why can't the savings be for everyone not just club card members please pass the savings on to everyone we could all do with saving money”

“Good place for doing your weekly family shop. Nice selection of meat, bakery and other household goods with reasonable price. Always use Lidl Plus app to enjoy vouchers and benefits.”

“This Marks and Spencer’s is extremely spacious and wheelchair friendly. It has lifts located around the building. There are self-service checkouts which moves fairly quickly. There is always a lovely selection of sweets and chocolates to satisfy all your chocolate cravings and a delicious selection of baked goods from fresh bread to tasty looking donuts. The fruit is always fresh and juicy and the rosiest shade of red.Their are escalators and stairs to go up to 1 first which women and children clothing are located on and second floor for men’s. I highly recommend this M&S as new stock is always coming into availability.”

“Sainsbury continues as a smaller store than Warren Heath. The prices are average more expensive than some other supermarkets and about the same as tesco. They have a pharmacy there so very useful. Ample parking and disabled and child spaces. Food , alcohol, clothing in limited amount of stock. Electrical, seasonal and stationery. Also has petrol station. No longer seems to accommodate recycling not sure why. Otherwise apart from some higher prices reasonable place to shop.”

“I like to 'Smart Shop' here, using the mbl phone app. I can go around the store, scanning products on my phone and bagging them, and at the end, I can select my payment method on my phone, scan the QR code in the store, and pay on my phone, receiving a digital receipt within the app. This time, I did have to go to the tills, as I bought alcohol and needed to get my purchase approved. That added a little more time but, it was still quicker than if I had shopped traditionally, and less stressful too. This store offers the Sainsbury's Meal Deal, it has a Costa Coffee Machine, it doesn't have handsets but you can still smart shop there on your phone if you have the app! If you shop traditionally, you can pay at a manned till, or you can go to one of the 3 or 4 ( I can't remember) Self Serve Tills, so you have choices here too. They are quite well stocked with produce and also have a little In-Store Bakery. The store is more expensive than the bigger stores, as with other mini versions of larger supermarket chains - it's like paying a ' convenience tax ' - so I have knocked a star off for what I think is an unwarranted mark up on prices; Otherwise it's a good little 'quick stop shop'. ???????️???????????? ?✅”

“I don’t know why but we developed a hankering for a big steak pie with chips and peas. As M&S were closer we went there (it was cold, dark and getting late). All they had was large chicken pies. We left and went to Waitrose. Got to the pie section and NO STEAK PIES. All they had was the chicken. A member of staff overheard us and recognised my ridiculous disappointment. He asked us to wait and went to check the store room. Voila! Out he came with exactly what I wanted. We then cruised around the rest of the store and ended up spending £100 on some fabulous foods and wine (shopping when you’re hungry). Ended up having a lovely Indian meal and the steak pie is in the fridge for tomorrow. One excellent member of staff saved a customer and increased the takings by giving some service. Well done Waitrose”

“Wide range of fresh products, and only of the only supermarkets with feesh meat and fish counters . Of course, it costs a lot more than other supermarkets, if you want fresh products then you have to pay....... and as a treat why not.”

“I use it for top-up shopping, a little bit dearer on some items than the superstore, but it has lots of promotions, so that helps. The staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“BEST BITS... FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST! I couldn't fault it, excellently cooked perfect egg and bacon, meal was hot when it came out. REALLY GOOD large portobello MUSHROOM. BAD BITS..bit of a wait at the till on arriving, and if your on your own, choosing an empty table then placing your order at the till with the number, by the time you get your drinks and cutlery, someone else is sat at your table, this has happened to me twice.”

“Through the Labour and then the Cameron and May's years of not investing in the haulage sector and therefor having a fuel crisis at present? lol. This Fuel station has remained opened and with both grades of fuel available at most times I've been. Perhaps Sainsbury's did invest in their haulage sector and not with the cheap overseas drivers which has caused the other fuel stations to be closed at present. Well done here! Shame the other one at Warren heath isn't though.”

“For people who live nearby and don't want to walk to town center for groceries all the time then Tesco is the best option. It's Open from 9 am till 11 pm. If you have a club card then definitely you would save some money and it's free anyone can apply online.”

“Only picked up a few bits of shopping, then had a Christmas Dinner and desert which was lovely. The ladies in the cafe deserve a special mention. They were so kind and accommodating. For that reason I will be coming again. Tell the staff, the man on the wheelchair has left a review.”

“Had a nice meal at the cafe. Felt sorry for the poor man serving who was by himself. I think Friday lunchtime wasn't the time for him to be left to serve in his own.”
