Honestly the worst subway in hole ipswich..put me waiting over 40 min to get my order.. in the end they canceled..i guess they had to close the shot ar thaylt time cause i was tracking ..what an absolute joke.. that's the last time I'll order food from these "sandwich artists"...?????

I?ve got to say, it?s probably one of the friendliest places I've ever been to. The staff were super chatty and made me feel exceptionally welcome. It was such a nice change to feel like they genuinely wanted to chat. No doubt about it, I'll definitely be going back there soon.

Great subs. Staff friendly and plenty of them, which meant that I didn't have to wait long. Very quick and efficient.Parking: Plenty of parking outside and on the other side of the road in car park in front of the nursery.

So stingy with salad bowls. Next too no lettuce not sure what the point in a salad Is with nearly no lettuce and so tight with ingredients. The old staff were brilliant new ones are awful. Bad customer service

I had a problem when ordering through deliveroo, I was told by deliveroo that I should call the restaurant as they would be the ones who could fix the issue, when I called the restaurant I was spoken over when I tried to explain the situation and was spoken to very rudely by what sounded like a young boy, overall I am shocked with the customer service and will be avoiding ordering from there again, majorly let down and disappointed!! As someone who has worked in hospitality I was shocked with how I was spoken to over the phone.
