Ordered through Deliveroo.. disgusting.. pot of meatballs stone cold and rock hard, missing food from the order and the sandwich was just as bad, biting into stale rock hard meatballs.. how difficult is it to make a sandwich?

Food was good but when I tried redeem my points off the app the Co-worker got all rude and snarky with me telling me im "not allowed to use my points cause I haven't ordered something else". This pissed me off as I've already paid so much for these points now your telling me I need to buy more even though that's not a requirement said on the app?

I ordered through deliveroo and the sandwiches were okay for the delivery time, however there was very little of the sauces and salad I selected. I also ordered chili heatwave Doritos and received nachos and cheese instead.

A group of eleven passengers including me were left stranded by National Express on Christmas Day. The owner of this Subway saw us huddled under the bus shelter and opened his restaurant for us so that we could come in from the cold and rain. He offered us all free cookies, coffee and tea, and refused to take any payment. He let us stay there until we were able to sort out alternative transportation. Truly an act of altruism. Thank you for making our Christmas brighter!
