I haven't actually purchased anything - yet, but popped in yesterday & Jazz was extremely helpful. Sure l will buy the goods l went in for, prices are on par with everywhere else, free delivery & had the stock in main depot. That's not a problem as don't need items straightaway. But would probably only take a few days to get items up from main place to local shop.

Stellisons Ipswich is a great store and over the past year I have purchased two products from them, including a washing machine that was delivered today.Jazz who served me yesterday, welcomed me in as the store opened and within 10 minutes ( I had to get to my own work) had helped me select the item, plus he professionally answered my questions. I needed the washer quickly and he offered me a Thursday delivery slot, which was good, but I explained I had a sick relative coming to stay and ideally needed it quicker.Jazz said, if they had a cancelled slot, he would get it delivered sooner. One hour later he called me with a delivery for today (the next day)A very nice salesperson, who is a credit to his company. Great value and excellent service, plus a good range of products is why I am writing this review and will be using Stellisons again, as my first call for electrical products.

Jazz was very helpful and accommodating without being pushy, that in itself is a plus I cannot stand a pushy sales person, but he was great.

Used this store for the first time after looking in other stores, the shop assistant was helpful in showing me their range of freezers and finding one that fitted my requirements. The delivery guys were friendly and careful. Yeah I?d use this store again.

Don?t buy extended warranties !Having major problems with Domestic and General and now this company regarding communication. Sent an engineer out yesterday to our non working fridge turns out he was not qualified for gas in the fridge only electrics? had no idea what the actual fault was ? muppets! got call today from Ellisons at 11th hour stating engineer booked for 24th with no time given and can?t ring them back (obviously they think other people don?t work and stay at home all day) I call it poor communication and bad practice
