Probably worth them paying for some more staff. Appreciate keeping costs down but the poor lad running around upstairs trying to help everyone with their boot requests was ridiculous. Having to wait ages as he has so many people to serve.

Bring back JJB! Not enough staff working in the show department so waited 20 minutes to be given the shoes to try on. Needs some more accountability and leadership on the shop floor here as there didn't really seem to be any care or urgency.

Shop in town not helpful but this shop helped solve a big problem. The manufacture of two pairs of matching trousers i bought a pair of did not match size though the garments read the same size. Both 34 inch but one pair was more like a 32 Nightmare but they helped me find one size up and all sorted . The company who makes the pants had changed the 34 inch pants I?ve always have bought in the past

On 17/01/2025 at approximately 14:10, we were served by a young blonde female who for somewhat reason described the customers in front of us beforehand. Whilst we got served my other half heard her describe us over her radio with her back turned and tried to do it in a covert way. She also made an unnecessary comment whilst describing us, which liaises with discrimination. I decided to challenge the customer assistant on this and she blatantly lied whilst being ignorant and rude, she mentioned she has to describe the items that customers have paid for, which was clearly not the case as she wasn?t doing that and attempted to do it to every paying customer covertly. To every paying customer please be aware she will attempt to do this to you and security will attempt to stare you down when you leave, which they did to us. What a way to treat a paying customer.

First negative review for a long time. Like others have said, rubbish customer service. Young female staff more bothered about chatting amounst themselves rather than helping me find some safety boots. I ended up sorting myself out. Must be down a lot to very poor training by management if there is any of course.

Difficult to find an assistant. Once found, the assistant was not particularly pleasant - was borderline rude. Didn't have the size that I wanted, so was a wasted trip.

Disgusting customer service. No staff around. Went to the till where there was a lady who radioed someone to come and help. Stood around waiting for about 20mins for someone to come and help regarding if I could get a pair of shoes in a different size to the ones on the shelf. Nobody came. Meanwhile there's loads of members of staff having a mothers meeting. Not a happy customer. Do not recommend. Left the store empty handed. Best buy online. And they wonder why people don't shop in store anymore and the high street is failing. 0* review.

Walked in. Looked around. Shop was quite busy. Shoes sportswear ,it has a up stairs. It's clean. It's tidy. It's easy to walk round. Quite expensive nice to see an English flag flying and a British flag top marks, sports direct, I wanted some new trainers, I walked around looking at the trainers, children's adults, boys and girls trainers. All in one area will sit out but I didn't get any and I didn't have any I liked but overall I could have shop and experience

Not for the customer. Customer care is almost non-existent. Clothes are good and the quality varies from brand to brand. Brand selection is from the very cheap to the very expensive. No refunds when purchasing in store so I advise purchasing everything online just for that reason.

Visited today to buy some rugby studs. I ask young man if he can help me. He was amazing. Really good help. As he knew the once they had on stand wouldn't fit my rugby boots. He didn't try to sell me any just got me one spare from back i can try. Fantastic customer service ? ? keep up your hard work and knowledge.
