Redirected a FedEx parcel to this shop. I went to pick it up 3 hours after it was delivered and the shop keeper told me he lost the package. Absolutely appalling. Avoid at all cost.

I use this shop an often and there is one man who works there who is so rude every time I go in, can see the way he speaks to other customers also isn?t good. All other members of staff are very friendly. Won?t be using this shop anymore, it?s not worth being spoken to like an idiot and shouted at because I?m posting a parcel with yodel or buying something. He shouldn?t be working in a shop.

Rude member of staff, while choosing our drinks we were told to hurry up and come to the till as ?it?s not a charity shop?. As someone who works in retail if I told a customer to hurry up and buy something I would most definitely lose my job. Terrible customer service, won?t be returning.

Discriminating, always assume I'm stealing, went in there for two minutes and they told me to hurry up... I'm a paying customer why are you complaining, some nice staff but most of them are rude and disrespectful

Watches me like a hawk... Very discriminating... Used the place over a hundred times paid for all my items everytime and never acted shady in any way and still I get hawk eyed.... Maybe it's because of my chosen form of apparel... ð???
